Beach Ed

On Monday we had some very keen life guards in training.

The weather was great as we took to Waimairi Beach to learn all about safety on the beach and in the water.
A huge thank you to the parents who helped us out and got in the water with the children!

New sports equipment

Thanks to Angus and Hayley's Dad we have some lovely new sports equipment for school. Jeff was nominated for Lotto Sports Makers and earned $500 worth of new sports gear.

Sonic Reading

We found lots of ways to do our reading today.

2015 Triathlon

The students lived up to their name on Wednesday. I was down at the domain with the cyclists and was impressed with how many people decided to do the individual event.

They certainly moved at SONIC pace!

Busy start

We have been so busy getting started that we haven't had time to post to our blog but hopefully you will see some more posts soon.

Its been a great start! Simon and Wendy are really excited to be working with the fantastic learners in the Sonic Team.

Welcome to a new school year in Team Sonic. Simon and I are really excited to be starting our new year and we are looking forward to see you all tomorrow for your goal setting interview.
