Did you know that in October 2015 Russia began launching airstrikes at ISIS targets in Syria. The bombings have continued so far killing at least 2000 civilians and forcing even more Syrians to flee for safety.
Did you know that around the world more than 40,000 people are forced from their homes every single day.
Did you know that more than half the world's refugees are children.
One in five displaced people are from Syria.
This makes me feel extremely lucky that I'm in New Zealand.
